Andrea Wallack guides the company’s high-level direction and growth as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Under her oversight, NightOwl Global has become an internationally recognized leader in crafting customized discovery solutions. Andrea holds a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee University and completed post-graduate work at Harvard. Andrea is fluent in English, Spanish, and French and is an avid photographer and skier in her free time.
Tom joined NightOwl Global in 2001 and led the effort to establish a top-level electronic collection, processing, hosting and review services. An experienced strategic manager, Tom crafts NightOwl’s discovery management programs and is responsible for discovery operations. Before joining NightOwl, Tom was a co-founder of Hire Quality, Inc., where he designed major service programs for Fortune 100 Companies including UPS, Verizon, and Bank of America. He holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Tony Copa joined NightOwl Global in 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Copa oversees NightOwl’s finance, administration, and human resources departments. Tony brings a diverse background in corporate finance and public accounting to his role as CFO. He is a CPA and CMA; he received his BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Adam Rubinger is the Chief Client Officer for NightOwl Global. He has over 20 years of experience and proven leadership in litigation support and information governance, as well as managing large-scale electronic discovery projects. Rubinger consults on high profile client engagements for many of the nation’s top 200 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. He brings expertise in the areas of computer forensics, electronic discovery and IT security.

Albert Barsocchini joined NightOwl Global in 2012 and is currently the Director of Strategic Consulting. Albert is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of privacy and protection, compliance, audit and corporate investigations. He has served on the Law Technology News editorial board, as chair of the California State Bar’s Law Practice Management & Technology Section, and as a court-appointed special master. He writes and lectures frequently on industry issues.
Dir. of Sales Operations
A 25-year veteran in the sales, technology and legal fields, Scott is NightOwl Global's Director of Sales Operations. Scott leads the sales team to develop cost-effective solutions for managing document collections of all sizes. Prior to NightOwl, Scott served as a litigation paralegal, spent nine years in litigation support sales and management, and was National Sales Director at Quorum, a leader in digital disaster recovery. He holds a BA in Journalism/PR from Colorado State University.

Mara Thomas helps our partners put a spectrum of business services to work in their organizations, from document management to internal staffing. Through tailored programs that streamline processes and improve efficiency, her team helps companies and law firms achieve operational best practices at a much lower cost. Mara has over a decade of experience in legal services and is active in the Twin Cities legal community. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and an MA in Political Science from the University of Chicago.

Jonathan Flood is NightOwl Global's Director of EU Discovery Operations. He maintains responsibility for the digital forensics group, eDiscovery services, and overall project management and delivery in the EU. Having built on his broad background in IT, Jonathan has developed a deep understanding and has skills across data management, investigations, eDiscovery, and litigation support.

Dean Anderson is NightOwl Global's Director of Discovery Operations. Dean has been with NightOwl in various roles since 2002 and been involved in Litigation Support since the late 1990s. Dean is an eDiscovery expert and technologist with many years of experience overseeing large scale electronic discovery operations on many industry-proven platforms. Dean and his team have evaluated and deployed many emerging technologies as well as developed, streamlined, and implemented many process procedures surrounding technologies.

Kelly Atherton joined NightOwl Global in 2013 and is currently the Director of Analytics & Managed Review. She brings with her prior experience in complex business litigation in state and federal courts. Kelly has substantial experience writing, speaking, and advising clients on and managing complex analytics, TAR, and document review projects, which have involved developing and implementing advanced workflows and trainings, streamlining areas for improvement in process and procedure, and managing quality and performance. Kelly is an experienced attorney licensed in the state of Minnesota.

Laura is currently NightOwl Global's Director of Client Services and brings over two decades of experience to the litigation support technology arena. She has substantial experience working in all areas of litigation, specializing in consulting, best practices in litigation technology and support, and trial advocacy for corporations and law firms. Laura is a published author, a frequent speaker and instructor, and is considered an industry expert on litigation technology and support.

Michael Perelman joined NightOwl Global in 2015 and is currently the Director of Global Client Advisory, where he advises clients on matters involving digital forensics and investigations. In addition to focusing on evidence found on mobile devices, Michael advises clients on technologies for the preservation and collection of digital evidence. Prior to joining NightOwl, Michael spent five years investigating matters involving the theft of intellectual property, privacy breaches, fraud, and internal misconduct.
Director of EU Litigation & Client Services
Susanna Blancke joined NightOwl Global in 2019 and is currently the Director of EU Litigation & Client Services. In this role, she equally consults on eDiscovery matters for EU and US clients and is co-leading the Dublin Office which is servicing the European eDiscovery Market. Susanna primarily plans, deploys and manages complex eDiscovery solutions for the EU and the US team.

Michael Amaral joined NightOwl Global in 2018 and currently serves as a Director on NightOwls’s Global Client Advisory team, leading the Privacy Management Technology group. Mr. Amaral is a technologist with over 20 years of experience helping companies solve complex data problems in compliance, governance, privacy and litigation matters.

Daniel Pelc currently serves as NightOwl Global's Director of Client Solutions and Integration. Daniel’s expertise in his role derives from his unique industry and technical experience combined with a background in sales and marketing.
