Andrea Wallack guides the company’s high-level direction and growth as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Under her oversight, NightOwl Global has become an internationally recognized leader in crafting customized discovery solutions. Andrea holds a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee University and completed post-graduate work at Harvard. Andrea is fluent in English, Spanish and French and is an avid photographer and skier in her free time.
Tom joined NightOwl Global in 2001 and led the effort to establish a top-level electronic collection, processing, hosting and review services. An experienced strategic manager, Tom crafts NightOwl’s discovery management programs and is responsible for discovery operations. Before joining NightOwl, Tom was a co-founder of Hire Quality, Inc., where he designed major service programs for Fortune 100 Companies including UPS, Verizon, and Bank of America. He holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Tony Copa joined NightOwl Global in 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Copa oversees NightOwl’s finance, administration, and human resources departments. Tony brings a diverse background in corporate finance and public accounting to his role as CFO. He is a CPA and CMA; he received his BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Chief Client Officer
Adam Rubinger is the Chief Client Officer for NightOwl Global. He has over 20 years of experience and proven leadership in litigation support and information governance, as well as managing large-scale electronic discovery projects. Rubinger consults on high profile client engagements for many of the nation’s top 200 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. He brings expertise in the areas of computer forensics, electronic discovery and IT security.
